In a quaint ornamental fish shop, a teenage boy resides alongside his single father. Hidden within the delicate world of aquatic beauty, the boy harbors an intense fascination with black goldfish, a secret passion that leads him on covert missions to procure new additions each time one of his beloved fish passes away. However, a pivotal moment arises when his father unveils his clandestine endeavor, sparking a confrontation between them. In a surprising twist, it's revealed that these black goldfish serve as symbolic vessels, preserving precious memories from a time before their family unraveled—a poignant attachment the boy simply cannot release.
