CACIEN - 曬乾 AIR DRY
When collaborating with musician Cacien, Roku sought to step into her inner world—to visualize the emotional landscape behind her music. The concept began with a simple yet poetic metaphor: a messy room in need of tidying, much like the cluttered chambers of the mind. Roku approached the project as a cinematic interpretation of “mental housekeeping”—a process of sorting through chaos, cleansing anxiety, wiping away fear, and finally laying oneself out to dry under the light.
Both “Drying” (曬乾) and “Wiping” (擦拭) are part of musician Cacien’s album Psychological Chores, a deeply introspective work that traces her emotional journey of growth. The album reflects on the uncertainty of the future and the persistent pull of the past—a longing that returns again and again as one faces the unknown. human.
