A machine called "∞" allows the spirit of the dead people to continue living apart from the physical body, while at the same time enabling the living people to continue talking to the dead as if they are on the phone.

        Just like prison visits, each time, the living and the dead have only 10 minutes to talk to each other, and there are hundreds of people waiting to use this machine, so there is a long queue. The interval of each appointment could be 10 to 20 years for the living.

        However, for the dead who are mentally trapped in this machine, each conversation will just feel like separated by ten seconds. Every ten seconds, the dead will start the next conversation with their family members, who are already decades older.
